OUR PLANNING PROCESS

FIRST

Book fully online or plan a phone or video consultation. When you decide we are the right fit, we will email you our contract proposal.

SECOND

Sign the contract in the online planning portal. We require a 40% deposit at signing and the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding.

THIRD

We will send you a questionnaire a few months prior to your wedding to give you plenty of time to fill it out. Use this to guide your planning process!

LAST

We'll send a customized timeline when it's ready. Then two to three weeks out from the big day we'll have our final phone call to solidify the details.
